Project Description

Alaska Junior Theater brings professional theater performances specifically produced for young audiences in Anchorage. More than 7,000 youngsters attend performances during school field trips.

I helped the organization create a comprehensive development program, streamline their seasonal marketing under one theme and brand, expanded their e-marketing program, and created a 25th anniversary program that updated their logo and elevated their positioning in the arts community.

Consistent and regular communication helped produce the first near-sellout of an AJT show in a theater nearly triple the size of any used to date. In addition, leadership giving to the organization surpassed previous years and overall participation grew.
