TrueBlue, Inc’s marketing team was racing against the clock to rebrand several longstanding companies as one entity (PeopleReady) when they hired me to help with the effort. I created messaging around PeopleReady’s eight different industries, many of which also had sub-specialties and needed messages targeted to different audiences. Information about the new brand needed to reach thousands of employees and customers in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Consistency of messaging and brand were critical to the effort.
Once messaging was complete, I worked with the graphics team to complete pieces that had a consistent look and feel to support the new company. Because of the complexity of the organization, a wide range of collateral pieces, videos, advertisements, exhibits, presentations, infographics and an extensive website were required. I also created a content strategy that allowed the organization to begin creating a blog and social networking component to their marketing program.
